“ We had a lovely night, and this is actually the perfect experience to get you pregamed and set up to enjoy a late night in Shinjuku. Yoshi was extremely likable and did a great job of getting us comfortable with our group. The food we tried was great and we got to do plenty of drinking as well. Yoshi was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and took care of us like a gracious host. He has many great recommendations if you are looking to eat or drink anywhere else in the city!

“ Midori was a great guide who communicated well and was on time. Her personality is suited to guiding - she is affable and enthusiastic, listens and intuits what her guests want. The tour was really useful for the first day in Tokyo. She took us in a well curated route around Shinjuku to see the places locals patronize and explaining the culture, food and bars as well as specialist shops (like pet stores!) and the Shinto shrine that locals come to for blessings. This was an interesting, diverse and informative tour that I recommend highly prior to setting off on your own exploration of Tokyo.
“ We’re a family of four and we booked Midori as our tour guide to explore the Meiji Shrine. Not only did she know the area well, but she was also super entertaining for my kids and I. She shared unique stories that I don’t think we will get anywhere else and that made the trip more interactive. She also didn’t rush at all and we ended perfectly on time without missing a single point of interest.

“ I really loved this tour with Tomo! It’s such a tranquil part of Tokyo and really nice way to spend the morning. I had visited other shrines and temples before but without a guide.
